The owners, Laura and Graham Ragless have established their business around the original 1860 buildings. Their aim is to allow visitors to experience how life was in the mid-1800’s and what attracted the pioneers to the area at the time. They wanted to produce a ‘hands on’ experience with historical products that people could see, touch and reminisce about days gone by.
The old Woolshed now houses the Saltbush Café and an extensive museum containing many historic artefacts from those bygone days.Today when people visit the historic of Beltana Station they get to step back in time and take a leisurely stroll through the Historical Woolshed Museum and immerse themselves in the history and stories of the past.
Included in the displays are over 120 large historic photos plus old and unique items of interest from the mid-1800’s from a pastoral era that is not to be missed.
The Museum is FREE and open to all Beltana Station visitors.
